We ship worldwide.

 

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

All packages are sent by the Lietuvos Pastas (Lithuanian post office), all shipment is registered and you are provided with a tracking number.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, but you will be notified if so.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

We not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

 

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If any other case, please contact us so we could discuss further on how we could help.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURN POLICY

You may return most new unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (you receive an incorrect or defective item).

You should expect to receive the refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, you most likely will receive it more quickly.

If you need to return item, please contact us with your order number and the details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with the instructions how to return items from your order.
